- BRIDAL MAKE UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS -

STEP ONE

On point of first contact we provisionally book your Wedding date in our diaries

STEP TWO

 

We book the make up trial for you and Bridal party members requiring make up on the day.  I recommend a trial is done 4/6 weeks before the wedding day, by this time you should know how you are wearing your hair, what accessories you have and what your colour scheme is.  These are all things that help us decide what style and colours of makeup we are going to use. If you wish to have a trial sooner than this then that’s fine with me too.

For this appointment we require a daylight appointment and approx 60 minutes per person. 

We require a £30 deposit towards the Bridal Makeup and £20 deposit for each Bridal Party Member, to be paid prior to the trial, to secure the date. 

It is important for us to discuss Venue, Space and lighting for our workspace on the Wedding day. Please have your fabric and flower colours and hairstyle ideas for this appointment to help us create a complete look. 

From this date we schedule timings working alongside Venue, hairdresser, Chauffeur and Photographer.    All Colours, Make up styles, timings and special requirements are recorded. 

You will be given a copy of the schedules etc … discussed, and a detailed written and pictorial account of your makeup trial with a list of all products used for your file (and a copy kept also, for my file)

WEDDING DAY

 

We come to your Wedding Venue or to your leaving address at the pre-arranged time.

We allow 30-45 minutes per makeup and work after the hairdresser, usually starting with the Bridal Party and finishing with the Bride. 

Please note we cannot be held responsible on timings in the event of late return from the Hairdressing Salon.    Please discuss with us if you have plans to have photographs or video taken during makeup’s as this can upset timings and cause a problem with space to work, also flash photography can be intrusive. 

A ‘head and shoulders’ photograph is requested if possible for our portfolio. 

We aim to give a Professional. Friendly service and will work closely with you to ensure you look naturally beautiful on your ‘Special day’. 

*Please note that over 10 miles radius of Andover, there is an additional 40pence per mile surcharge, to cover journey to venue and return journey to Andover)

* Please note any of the Jane Iredale makeup used at the trial, can be ordered from Chrisma 4 Beauty, prior to the Wedding for use on your special day. – for example, face powder or pressed base to prevent shiny faces in those pics!, lip pencil, lip colours, lip gloss.
